Deep Water Exercise Aqua Fitness

DEEP WATER EXERCISE

This is a fun-filled, high energy, work out that builds strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness without impact or stress on your joints. Swimming is not required, but participants need to be comfortable in deep water. Float belts and resistance equipment are provided. It’s all core all the time!! Class takes place in the Lap Pool.
