The ACT program:

is catering to the individual's need of preserving or obtaining vigor and increasing energy levels. Our methods are designed to target each person's Intensity threshold, and help them make progress by training for increased performance in cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, power, agility, balance, and coordination.

  • Combat chronic disease related to the heart, and musculoskeletal structure.

  • Create healthy Range of Motion (ROM) in all the major joints
