Chair-based Fitness Group Fitness

Have fun and move to music through a variety of execises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. Chair support is offered to safely perform the exercises seated or standing.
