Power Yoga Group Fitness

Invigorating and active flow class. Move through asanas (postures) with fluidity and strength. Power Yoga combines strength, balance, flexibility, and rest, which will encourage awareness of oxygen and blood flow throughout the body. Power Yoga improves balance and core strength, both necessary in order to maintain an active lifestyle.
