Tween SWEAT Group Fitness

A 45 minute class specifically designed for kids ages 9-12 to promote regular physical activity and to provide a bridge between our ever popular Kids SWEAT and Adult Group Fitness Classes. Workouts provide a variety of cardio, strength, flexibility, and core work.
