Adult Cross Training (ACT) Group Fitness

The Adult Cross Training program promotes universal health and wellbeing for the enthused beginner to the seasoned fanatic. Each session is set up to accommodate all levels of fitness in a group setting, where we strive to maximize your health, wellness, and performance.

The ACT program is catering to the individual's need of preserving or obtaining vigor and increasing energy levels. Our methods are designed to target each person's Intensity threshold, and help them make progress by training for increased performance in cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, power, agility, balance, and coordination.
