Progressive Flow Yoga Group Fitness

This 90 MINUTE class is for students ready for a faster paced, energetic and aerobic physical practice. It will explore vinyasa flow and bound poses to build flexibility and strength, and incorporate kundalini breathing and deeper meditation techniques to develop inner serenity and calm. Participants should already be comfortable with a wide range of yoga flows and posture. Yoga Levels 2-4.
