Core Camp Personal Training

Toning, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement, the body/mind connection-just about every benefit Amber King will bring in her Pilates inspired Core Camp. Strengthening and lengthening form of exercises will focus on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Pilates Rings provided adding an element of moderate resistance training, which is important in your overall fitness plan.
