Financial Assistance

We offer YMCA program or membership scholarships to those that qualify. Scholarship applications are available at the Y and by visiting our Financial Assistance webpage. Contact Amy Witruk for questions about scholarships at amy@ccymca.net.

The Stephens Family YMCA is a Child Care Resource Service (CCRS) provider and will accept other third-party payments as well. For questions about CCRS please contact Kayla Carter at kayla@ccymca.net.

It is strongly recommended families apply for CCRS or scholarships as soon as they are able. A CCRS approval letter and/or scholarship approval is required before registering for camps in order for the assistance to be applied. Scholarships may take up to 2 weeks to process.

If a family has been approved for CCRS and a YMCA Scholarship, the CCRS will be applied to the payment first and then the scholarship percentage will be applied to the remaining balance.

Participants who have been approved for CCRS, Scholarships, or other third parties must register for camp with a Director in order for the financial assistance to be applied to camp deposits and payments.
