Aquacise Aqua Fitness

Come and join an hour-long, mid-morning water aerobics class that utilizes the resistance of the water to get your
heart rate up and your muscles moving. Different equipment might be utilized, such as water barbells and noodles. Each
class is designed to provide a range of exercises to improve cardiovascular conditioning, strengthen muscle tone,
and improve balance. It is a total body workout without the stress on your joints.
